DETAILS: Competition includes Forms, Self-Defense and Fighting divisions. Form Divisions (women, men, disabled) include Empty Hand and Weapons (beginner, intermediate, advanced, black belt, senior black belt) and Musical (black belt). Two-person Sets (women, men, mixed, disabled) include a choreographed fight using any two styles. Self-defense (women, men, disabled) include beginner, intermediate/advanced and black belt categories. Free Sparring/Fighting (women, men, disabled) encompass beginner, intermediate, advanced, black belt, and senior black belt categories.
The event follows the International Association of Gay and Lesbian Martial Artists official tournament rules.

TUESDAY: 9-Ball: Preliminary rounds, 9 a.m; Seeded play,1 p.m.
Players will participate in competitive and recreational divisions. Competitions (except the finals) will be double-elimination rounds in accordance with the rules of the World Pool-Billiard Association.

LOCATION: Old School Iron Gym, 5139 W. 140th, Brook Park SPECTATORS: Free
DESCRIPTION: Powerlifting includes three weight lifts: squat, bench and deadlift. In addition to those lifts, medals will be awarded for total weight as well as a push-pull event (bench and deadlift.) More than 10 weight classes for each men and women also encompass teen, junior, open, sub-master and master divisions.

SPECTATORS: Free

DETAILS: Participants compete in women's, men's, or mixed tournaments in Singles or Doubles.
The tournament is single-elimination and all matches are best two-out-of-three (up to 15 points for first two matches and 11 points for third match).
Racquetball follows the rules of the sanctioning body, International Racquetball Federation and its U.S. affiliate, United States Racquetball Association.
